Parade Registration Information and Instructions

Instructions upon arrival on the day of the parade:
ALL parade participants MUST send one (1) Representative from your group to the Parade Registration Area, which will be located at the GIRARDVILLE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, Fourth & “B” Streets in the Girardville Borough. (Located next to the Little League Field Complex). Our Registration staff will be available to assist your group.
ALL parade participants MUST have their Vehicles and Marching Units proceed to their designated Division Area and park in their designated Division Number. Follow the posted Division Area directional signs.
Parade Registration Area will open from 8:30 am until 11 am.
Your representative will be given a NUMBERED TAG, to be displayed on your group's banner, vehicle, float, or worn by a designated member of your marching unit, etc. This tag is to identify your group for judging in the Line of March. So please remember to display/wear it appropriately so that it can be easily seen by Parade Officials.
The parade will “step off” at 12 noon sharp, RAIN OR SHINE. The awards ceremony is held immediately following the conclusion of the parade. The ceremony is held in front of Girardville’s Historic “Jack Kehoe” Hibernian House” located at the corner of Beech and Line streets in the Borough.
