Online Parade Vendor Registration Form

The Girardville Saint Patrick’s Day Parade Committee may need Food Truck and Stationery vendors for our 22nd Annual Parade, and we proudly invite you to participate as a vendor. The parade commences on Saturday, March,   , 2025 at 12 noon.

The parade traditionally attracts thousands of visitors and former residents to Girardville. In past years, an onslaught of 10,000 to 20,000 people have flooded the streets of Girardville, creating a great business opportunity for you!

The committee will locate Food Truck and Stationery Vendors in the busiest sections of the parade route. Additionally, vending is permitted from 8 AM until 6 PM.

Vendor Registration Fees (Bring a check to the registration table at Girardville Borough Hall):

Roaming Carts -  $250 fee per cart, payable to the Girardville Parade Committee
Food Trucks/Stands - $50 fee per "Stand" payable to the Girardville Parade Committee

The Girardville Borough requires Vendor Permits to be displayed on all vehicles on the day of the parade.  Contact Annetta Whitecavage at 570-276-1635 to find out more information on the type of permit you will need and the cost associated with it.

The permits can be picked up on the day of the parade at Girardville Borough Hall, 4th and B Streets.
